I can talk about diet, exercise or anything….but the most important thing to you as a body builder is your mind. When your body is shaking on that last rep, it’s the will that takes you forward. Age is just a number. Yeah…yeah we all heard that before, but it really is. I keep saying this people I meet and here’s an example of a 45 year young Ninette Terhart. She was away from the stay fit scene for over 20 years and only a couple of years back took things more seriously. Of course her background as an aerobics instructor helped but it was her dedication to proper nutrition and regular workouts that has got her this far.
She talks about one day going for the Miss Figure Olympia in years to come! What can we learn from her experience, it’s simple really, don’t give up and keep a close eye on your diet and progression. Check out her pictures below, impressive or what?
